Default Can I bake bread in a baking pan instead of a loaf pan?

I only have an 8x8 pan and a 9x13 pan. The recipe is for banana bread. I do not have a 9x5 loaf pan as it calls for. What should I bake it in and can I even do that without compromising the bread?I also have the 9"rounds for cakes and such...could I use this? ------
