Want to bake something for a neighbor, need suggestions?

Our neighbor gave us a gate to use for our new dog. I want to bake something for him. I was planning on making it in a nice basket with a package of coffee beans. What is a good thing to bake that goes well with coffee?Any recipes please? ------
