Default Can you start to bake a chicken then finish baking the next day?

I am having company after church on Sunday. Can I bake my chicken for 1 hour Saturday night and finish it on Sunday afternoon? OR can you fully bake it Saturday night and will it dry out by throwing it back in the oven Sunday Afternoon to heat it? ------
