Default Is Worcestershire sauce halal?

I know the only animal product is contains are anchovies, but ingredients also list'wine vinegar'...when I search online I find it in lots of halal lists. I want to include it in my cooking but my partner is unconvinced! Can anyone direct me to some certification in French or Arabic. Thanks!! ------
